How it Works
Booking a fixed-price ride with Paddim is simple. You see the fare before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
1. Open the Paddim App : Download and open the Paddim app on your phone.
2. Select “Taxi Drop” : Choose the Taxi Drop service from the list of available services.
3. Enter Your Pickup & Destination: Add where you are and where you’re going.
4. View Available Drivers & Fixed Prices: You’ll see drivers near you. Each driver sets a fixed price. The amount you see is the amount you pay.
5. Schedule and Confirm Your Ride: Pick the driver and price that works for you. Tap confirm and your driver heads to your location.
You can change, cancel, or reschedule your booking whenever it is convenient for you.
The app prompts you to leave the rating and feedback for the services you have used. Thus it helps in making any improvements and building of trusted community of service providers.
